For regulated and safety-critical organisations

Get your AI and data platforms past the people who have to say yes.

Your team can build on AWS, Azure or Databricks. What it has not done is take an AI system through security, compliance and regulatory sign-off. We bring the platform engineering and the assurance expertise in one senior team, so you deploy with evidence instead of hope.

Built for

COOs, CTOs and CISOs accountable for AI they did not personally build

Product leads stuck between delivery pressure and governance review

IT, security and compliance who need controls they can evidence

Trusted by teams in health, financial services and the charity sector

If one of these is true, you are already paying for the gap.

The pilot works. Nobody will sign off production.

Security, risk and compliance keep asking questions your team cannot answer with evidence. Every review adds weeks.

Regulation is moving faster than your roadmap.

The EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, your sector regulator and accessibility law. You know they matter. You do not know what they mean for this system.

Your engineers are good. This is new.

Building on Azure or Databricks is one skill. Building something an auditor, a regulator and a board will accept is another.

AI Assurance Readiness Assessment

A fixed-scope, fixed-fee review of one system, built on our Responsible by Design™ framework. You get a clear answer to one question: what stands between this system and a confident production sign-off?

Fee

Duration

[N] weeks

What you walk away with

01A map of the system, its data flows and where AI makes or shapes decisions
02A risk and control gap analysis against the regulations and standards that actually apply to you
03A platform security and accessibility review
04A prioritised remediation roadmap with effort estimates your team can plan against
05A two-page summary written for your board and your regulator

Then, if you want us

From assessment to deployment, alongside your team.

Our Assurance-to-Deployment (A2D™) method closes the gaps the assessment finds. We work inside your stack and your team, and we leave the capability behind.

1. Assess

Find the gaps and agree what good evidence looks like.

2. Design controls

Governance, monitoring and human oversight designed into the architecture.

3. Build and remediate

Senior engineers who write production code next to yours.

4. Evidence and deploy

The documentation pack your approvers need, then go live.

A lecture theatre filled with students

A UK university

A research-intensive university had 450 live policies to test against the Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Act before an Office for Students deadline. A human-in-the-loop review returned marked-up Word documents, every change cited, in six working days. A manual legal review had been quoted at sixteen weeks.

People reviewing notes and laptops at a table

NHS mental health providers

Two NHS mental health trusts needed their policy estates compared, not sampled. More than 500 clinical and corporate policies were mapped for duplication, variation and gaps against regulator-aligned benchmarks, so governance teams could prioritise the review. The trusts are not named.

Carradale Futures

SOPHIA already held policies and compliance evidence. We added an AI module on Azure that drafts standard operating procedures from source documents, asks when detail is missing, and leaves sign-off with a person. It was proved in a secure test portal, then built into SOPHIA.

A good fit if you are

UK-based, £3m+ revenue, 50+ staff, with your own tech team building something complex in health, insurance, finance, construction, architecture or the charity sector.

Not a fit if you

Want a policy document with no change to the system, or a team to take delivery away from your engineers entirely.

Questions buyers ask us

Do you replace our engineering team?

No. We work inside your team and your stack. The aim is that your people can run and evidence the system after we leave.

Which platforms do you work on?

AWS, Azure and Databricks, plus the usual surrounding tooling. If your stack is different, ask on the call.

Which regulations and standards do you cover?

We start from what applies to you: typically UK GDPR, the EU AI Act where relevant, ISO/IEC 42001, your sector regulator's guidance, security standards and accessibility requirements.

What happens after the assessment?

You own the roadmap. Use it with your own team, or bring us in to deliver it on a retainer. There is no obligation either way.

How quickly can you start?

[Typical lead time, e.g. within two weeks of agreeing scope.]
