We work with small stakeholder groups of five to ten people - the decision-makers and practitioners who actually need to align. The session is tailored to your organisation, your sector and where you are in your AI journey.
By the end of the workshop, your team will leave with three things:
An AI Readiness Assessment A clear-eyed view of where your organisation stands today — your systems, your data, your governance posture, and the gaps that need addressing before you go further.
A Governance Framework A practical structure for how AI should be adopted, overseen and documented in your organisation - one that reflects the regulatory environment you operate in and will satisfy the scrutiny of auditors, insurers and enterprise buyers.
An Action Plan A prioritised set of next steps tailored to your organisation - so you leave the room knowing exactly what to do, in what order, and why.

This workshop is designed for organisations in healthcare, wellbeing and regulated enterprise who are either beginning their AI journey or need to bring governance in line with where their adoption already is.
