Thriving Clinics brings together trusted local GP practices to offer high-quality private care, starting with a doctor-led weight-loss service. FatFish designed and built its public website at thrivinggp.co.uk — a digital front door that carries the trust of the surgery, works across three Cheshire locations, and is ready to grow as the network adds services. Cliniko online booking is built in and launching soon.

The Challenge

Thriving Clinics needed to launch a private-care brand that still felt like the GP practice patients already know - not a generic private-health label or a discount telehealth startup. Patients paying for private services still want the continuity of doctors and premises they recognise, and the site had to reinforce that trust at every turn. It also had to work as a growth platform: weight loss is the launch offer, but the information architecture, location pages and integrations needed to support additional private pathways and new sites, as the network expands.

The Approach

We collaborated with the Thriving Clinics team to map the full patient journey - how someone discovers the clinic, understands the weight-loss offer, and finds their nearest site - before writing a line of front-end code. FatFish then delivered the complete public site: responsive service, location and team pages, with visual tone, copy hierarchy and photography direction that emphasise experienced GPs and coordinated care. Locations across Sandbach and Alsager are surfaced consistently, including coming-soon sites, so the brand reads as an established, growing network. Booking is treated as a first-class part of the experience rather than a footer link: we built the site around Cliniko's embedded booking widget, so that when it goes live, patients book free chats and consultations in context without ever leaving the brand.

The Result

Thriving Clinics now has a live public site at thrivinggp.co.uk - a credible, on-brand home for its private services that reflects the quality and continuity of the established practices behind it. The site is structured for Sandbach, Alsager and future openings, with the information architecture ready to carry additional private pathways beyond weight loss as the network grows. Cliniko booking is built in and launching shortly, giving patients a clear route from curiosity to appointment without leaving the site.
